1. “The Company” – Royameal Ltd., the owner of the Website.
   “User” – Any person who uses the Website, browses the Website, and/or provides any details therein, whether by manually entering such details or where such details are collected automatically by the Website’s electronic systems.

29. Users are responsible for securing their own electronic devices against data leaks and cyber threats.

30. Royameal makes every effort to protect stored information but bears no liability for information stolen or leaked due to illegal activity. Acceptance of this policy constitutes a waiver of claims against the Company in this regard.

31. In any other case where damage is caused due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control or force majeure, Royameal shall not be liable. Acceptance of this policy constitutes a waiver of claims in this regard.

32. Any dispute related to Website use shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jerusalem, under Israeli law only.

33. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in accordance with Company decisions, law, or regulatory requirements. Updates will be published on the Website.
